Service Terms & Policies
By booking services with Sophie’s Bubbles Cleaning Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Cancellations
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Missed appointments due to lack of property access will be treated as cancellations.
2. Pets
Clients must secure pets during service. Sophie’s Bubbles is not liable for pets left unsecured.
3. Payments
- Credit/Debit Cards: A 3% processing fee will be applied to all card payments.
- Cash Payments: Must be left in a sealed envelope with the client’s name and address clearly marked.
- Checks/ACH: Accepted without processing fees.
- Cleaning staff are not authorized to discuss payment amounts. All billing questions must be directed to our office at 717-970-3008 ext. 2.
- Declined payments or returned checks may result in late fees and suspension of service until resolved.
4. Access & Security
Clients must provide timely and safe access to their property. Sophie’s Bubbles is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by access issues.
5. Service Scope
Cleaners will not:
- Move heavy furniture
- Handle valuables
- Address biohazards or hoarding conditions
- Climb higher than a two-step ladder
- Special requests must be communicated to the office in advance for scheduling.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
Service concerns must be reported within 24 hours of the appointment.
Sophie’s Bubbles reserves the right to correct issues at no additional cost within a reasonable timeframe.
7. Conduct & Respect
Clients must maintain professional and respectful behavior toward staff.
Sophie’s Bubbles reserves the right to terminate services immediately if staff safety is compromised.
